Mailing List Types and Delivery Options

Brochure - We send out a Term Brochure three times a year listing the terms classes and events. You may choose to have this delivered by Post (UK only) or by Email or both.

Workshops - We send out information on immanent Workshops by Email only.

Chanting/Kirtan - We send out a reminder a week before our monthly Chanting/Kirtan evenings by Email only.

Retreats - Occasionally we hold retreats at other venues. For these we will send out information by Email or Post as appropriate.
