Integrate Yoga Practice into your busy daily life.

Designed as a two part workshop series.

Part I will emphasise ways to introduce yogic techniques into daily life. We will cover:-

  • designing a realistic programme to suit your individual needs
  • creating your practice space at home
  • ways to develop motivation and getting started
  • the benefits of keeping a daily practice diary

Part II will develop these programmes further and look at any difficulties experienced.

We will cover:-

  • group discussion
  • progress and stumbling blocks
  • further developing your practice programme
  • how to maintain the inspiration
  • additional ways to integrate yoga into daily life

Presenter POORNAM who has being teaching yoga for 5 years at Padmasambhava.
