Yoga and Personality

As part of his european tour, Dr Brian Thomson (Rishi Vivekananda) will be giving a day seminar titled "Yoga and Personality" in Wales on Sunday 9th October at The National Botanic Garden of Wales.

Dr Brian Thomson (Rishi Vivekananda) is an eminent Australean consultant psychiatrist who has applied yogic techniques in his psychiatric practice for over 37 years. He has a keen interest in ways to integrate the ancient eastern techniques of yoga with the modern knowledge of the mind and the functioning of the body and healing. His skills as a communicator make his talks entertaining as well as informative.

We are pleased to welcome him back for "Yoga and Personality". Exploring the ways in which the broad spectrum of Yoga can help us to become aware and evolve through the positive and negative traits in our personalities.
The programme includes a lecture, practical session and forum.
