Yoga and Meditation - November 2014

This popular series with Swami Sivadhara explores various methods of meditation, which can help to calm the turbulance of our mind and bring it into the present moment,
thus deepening the quality of our daily life.
These ancient techniques are 5,000 years old, but they are eternal - as relevant today as when first realised by the ancient yogis.
The emphasis will be on practice: Asana (posture) Breath Awareness, Visualisation, Mantra Chanting and the practice of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).

Presenter:
Swami Sivadhara helped to co-found Mandala Ashram where she lived and taught for 12 years. She lives quietly in Wales and continues to teach in France and Corsica.
Sw. Sivadhara is passionate about teaching and her focus is Vigyana Bhairava Tantra.
