This will be a fun and creative day for teenagers.
Learn postures, breathing, relaxation and concentration techniques that will help you relax, deal with the stresses of exams, family and peer pressure, and stay in shape.
Become more self-confident, strong, flexible, calm and centred physically and mentally.

Poornam a former Montessori teacher and a certified Satyananda Yoga teacher.
