Swara yoga is the ancient science of pranic body rhythms, which explains how the movement of vital energy (prana) can be controlled by manipulation of the breath.
In the process of breathing, absorbing prana and circulating energy, the nose plays a vital role. It is an important junction of energy communication between the external and internal worlds.
On the retreat we will examine the nature of the breath and the influence of the left and right swara on body and mind. We will learn practical techniques for recognising the active swara and balancing the flows.
