Nada Yoga 2014

Are you interested in the mystery of sound and silence?

Photo of PoornamPure sound links our awareness to higher states of being and acts as a support for collecting and concentrating the energies of the mind linking us into the reservoir of a deeper silence.
Ultimately this is where the practice takes us but we start on the external level with the voice singing the notes of the musical scale and exploring their inter-relationship with the chakras. We bypass the intellect and can experience bliss.
This workshop Start with a 2 hour introductory session, singing the scale, followed by 13 hours of silence and concludes with a 4 hour session of more scale singing, meditation and yoga nidra.
This workshop is purposefully designed in this way providing a resting space to facilitate assimilation and integration of the sadhana practiced.
