Deepening Practice is for yoga students, yoga lifestyle practitioners and yoga teachers who are fascinated by the depth of wisdom that is yoga and wish to develop and deepen their existing practice.

If you are passionate about yoga and wish to delve deeper, this is the course for you.
This module of Deepening Practice continues to integrate Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra while exploring mystical diagrams (Yantra ) and the wheels of light (the Chakras) through the yoga of sound (Nada Yoga) and yoga psychology.
This course will support you to systematically consolidate the connection with your inner teacher.
The course is for anyone wishing to deepen his or her practice. It will provide an opportunity for you to review and re-awaken inspiration and vitality with like-minded people in a supportive environment as we journey through a time of personal and collective transition.
The course will develop over a 9 month period of eight sessions, concluding with a full-day programme.
You will be provided with reading material and a spiritual diary which you will be encouraged to develop between sessions.

Deepening Practice draws upon Poornam’s extensive experience as a teacher and yoga practitioner, as well as building upon her well-respected Yoga Lifestyle course.

4th Feb, 3rd Mar, 31st Mar, 28th Apr, 26th May, 23rd June, 8th Sept and 6th Oct (full day)
Presenter: Poornam is a warm and sensitive teacher who brings an energetic and no-nonsense approach to class, with an underlying vision of yoga as a way of life. Poornam holds diplomas from the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda) and the British Wheel of Yoga.
