Day of Introduction to the Chakras

Evolution is a journey through the different chakras

Chakras can be described as vortexes of energy situated within the spine and correlate to various aspects of the physical, and mental bodies.
An understanding of the chakras can be of help both in our yogic practice and the awakening of our inner potential.
The day will introduce the basic philosophy of yoga, the structure of the individual being and the attributes of the various chakras.

We will explore the chakras in theory and in practice using...
      • Asana – (Postures) related to each chakra
      • Pranayama - (Breathing Practices)
      • Visualisation
      • Meditations
      • Group Discussion
