Daily and Seasonal Routines

with Dr. Palitha Serasinghe

This event has been postponed

As this workshop clashed with the program in Mallorca with Swami Niranjananda we have regretably had to postpone it for now. We hope to schedule it again soon.

A day exploring the influences of daily and seasonal cycles on body, mind and spirit according to Ayurveda principles. Daily and seasonal routines are prescribed to everyone in Ayurveda as preventative medicine. Whenever the internal or external environment changes our systems must change with it. A day of theory and practice under the expert guidance of Dr. Palitha Serasinghe.

Ayurveda recognises four main seasonal cycles that apply to men and woman alike. Establishing a rhythm in each of these cycles is essential to continued physical health, for it helps you to flow in the direction that is most appropriate for you. Dr. Robert E Svoboda
