Antar Mouna - Inner Silence

Antar mouna is a meditative technique that leads to inner tranquillity and silence. This technique involves observing, creating, transforming and finally gaining control of the thought process. Antar mouna is a complete training system for the awareness process and awakens the WITNESS faculty in us. We learn to act, instead of reacting and to attain a state of inner understanding. This beautiful and practical technique can be practiced as we go about our daily life.

We will examine the five stages of this practice in-depth under the guidance of Swami Pragyamurti
This is one of two workshops that Swami Pragyamurti will be presenting on the weekend of the 9th - 10th October. See also Hridayakash Dharana on Saturday 9th
