  • Menstrual difficulties and easing them through yoga

  • Mood and energy
  • Preventing osteoporosis through yogic lifestyle

Practices for each topic at various levels to suit both beginners and advanced students will be covered. A fun day to help you enjoy your woman-ness even more.

Swami Bhaktipoorna, from Australia, who has dedicated her life to teaching Yoga. Swami Bhaktipoorna, also a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, has over 25 years experience of advising women on health issues.
