Ayurveda clinics with Dr. Palitha Serasinghe 05

We are pleased that Dr Palitha is returning in January, and September 2005 to hold clinics at Padmasambhava.

What an Ayurvedic Practitioner does (in brief)
An Ayurveda practitioner will asses Prakruti and Vikruti – your natural constitution and your current state of health. This involves taking a detailed case history and examining the body, paying attention to build, skin and hair type, temperature of the body, digestion and bowel function, all of which point to more profound aspects of the patients condition. Once the doshic balance has been diagnosed and the causes of imbalance have been established, treatment and lifestyle advice is given.

This year Dr. Palitha will be giving two workshops at Horeb Studio, Llandeilo. The first Diet and Agni in January and the second workshop Ayurveda Self Massage will be held as in September.
